Yes. Send your car, desired result and workspace details before buying. The examples on this site are starting points; your exact product still needs approval.
Correction is optional if you accept the current appearance and the paint can be properly prepared. Essential preparation is always required. Vehicle age alone never determines your package.
No. Ceramic Installation covers preparation and one approved coating layer, without machine polishing or scratch removal. Existing defects may remain. If proper preparation needs a different scope, I discuss it before proceeding.
The A$699 package includes complimentary, limited one-step polishing for gloss and some light swirls. Heavy oxidation, deeper scratches or multi-stage correction need inspection and a custom quote. Any inspection or travel cost is agreed first.
No. Opened or partially used bottles are not accepted. I can help you choose a new, unopened replacement.
Contact me first: the replacement needs approval before installation. We can reschedule if necessary. Booking conditions are explained before you commit.
Water, standard 240V power and safe working room. Shelter, sunlight, temperature and curing space must suit the exact product. Send workspace photos if unsure; unsuitable weather may require rescheduling.
Stated durability differs from accredited-installer warranty eligibility. I do not claim accredited status or include that warranty. Product terms are explained before booking. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unchanged.
Contact me for an assessment. I take responsibility for my preparation and application workmanship and arrange an appropriate remedy for problems caused by that work. For a product defect, I can help with the retailer or manufacturer route.
Contamination can reduce beading while coating remains on the paint. Suitable decontamination may help; reduced beading alone does not prove coating failure. Persistent problems need assessment.
No paid maintenance plan is automatically included. Routine care matters, and any product-specific requirements are explained before installation. Maintenance and decontamination are future optional services, priced separately.
I’m James Wang. I review your assessment, call you and personally do the work. You may watch from a safe position. I never move or drive your car without permission.
Based in Epping, I serve all Sydney areas. No call-out fee within The Hills Shire, City of Parramatta, Blacktown Council or Hornsby Shire. Other Sydney areas have a small call-out fee, quoted separately before booking. Weekends by arrangement, with no fixed hours. After-work appointments are not currently offered. A requested date is not a confirmed booking.
Exterior painted surfaces only. Interior, glass and rim ceramic coatings incur extra charges and are quoted separately. A large / 7-seat SUV or ute adds A$50 to Ceramic Installation (A$549 total), or A$100 to Light Paint Enhancement (A$799 total). Coating is separate. Canopies and oversized vehicles need review.
I discuss unforeseen issues before starting, and you may decline revised work. Accurate information does not attract an automatic penalty if my assessment changes. This enquiry collects no deposit; extra work or fees require your agreement.
